Training
We meet every Monday and Thursday at 7pm and offer a variety of sessions in Witham St Hughs, Lincoln and the surrounding areas. 
The training schedule for February and March 2020 can be found here. It details what the session will comprise of, where and when to meet.
All sessions are led by UK Athletics accredited Leaders in Running Fitness. Run Leaders post details on our Facebook page prior to the session, along with any last minute changes (search for Witham Runners (Lincolnshire)).  Sessions are specially designed so they are suitable for all abilities and include a warm up and cool down.

Monday evening is training with a variety of sessions including fartlek, hill sessions, mile time trial, interval training and pacing sessions. Thursday evening is a run around Witham St Hughs, Lincoln, Newark or the surrounding villages. Head-torches are available for running during the winter months. Past sessions have included a Christmas treasure hunt, a spooky Halloween run and the Lincoln Barons trail.

Track Sessions

Track sessions take place on alternate Mondays. These are at Yarborough Leisure Centre, Lincoln, at 7pm or meet at the Village Hall at 6.40pm to lift share. Please check our Facebook page (search for Witham Runners (Lincolnshire)) to see who is available to offer a lift, or to ask for one.  Alternatively, as long as you email prior to the day of the session (please send an email to withamrunners@hotmail.com) and, subject to our volunteers' availability, we shall see if a lift is available. 

Track sessions are open to non-members at £2 a session.
