Learn to Run/Return to Running Course

The course will run on a Monday night, with an invitation to join the Thursday night sessions, there will also be 'homework'.

The Club is affiliated to England Athletics and the course will be led by England Athletics accredited Run Leaders.

The course is suitable for all abilities, whether running for the first time, or returning to running after a break.

The course will culminate at a Newark parkrun and Club Social.
